Payments

Can I make payments?
We require that you pay $500 up front (personal check is fine, but project will wait for five days for check to clear your bank). The balance, plus shipping & insurance to ship parts back to you, should be paid by credit card, with a certified check or a money order. On jobs under $500, we require a $200 deposit up front. If you plan on paying by credit card, please provide us your card information* a few days before we send the parts out so we can make sure the credit card transaction goes through.

If you plan on sending the $500 deposit by form of check, please tape the check in an envelope on one of the flaps of the shipping box. Or you can mail this seperately from your shipping boxes.
*NOTE: Please do not send your credit card information through emails. give us a call and talk to sales rep.

What is the best way to pack my parts?
All this is very important...so please read!
Be sure and use good sturdy boxes for packing your parts. We suggest that you take your parts to a UPS Store location.

If you have fiberglass fenders. It is a very good idea to make a "prop" for the inside of the fenders, so it goes on the inside from one side to the other. This way, if a very heavy package sets on top of yours during shipping, your fender will not have a chance of bending and cracking.

Most shippign compaines state that most damaged shipments are caused by boxes that do not have enough filler material in them, making them unsturdy. The damage comes from the conveyor belts that will sometimes push boxes together. If a box is not sturdy enough, the result can be damage to the box and possible the item in the box. Writing "Fragile" or other wording does not help (conveyor belts don't read). The best box to use is either a new box or if you have the manufacturer's box in still sturdy. Please do not leave air pockets, make sure the entire box has filler material in it. The best filler materials are styrafoam "peanuts", solid styrafoam pieces, cardboard pieces, or crumpled paper (such as paper bags, not newspaper).

If you aren't comfortable with packing your parts, have your local packing supply store do it for you.
Please be sure and remove all hardware including caps, petcocks, gauges wiring, grommets, and any other hardware...so there will not be an additional charges to remove hardware.

Will you keep me posted on the progress of my job?

Yes, every step of the way. We can also email you updates of your bike if you want. We want you to know whats going on so your 100% satisfied.

What is your shipping address?
We will give you our shipping address upon request

Do I get charged sales tax on the job?
Yes, In Cuyahoga County the sales tax likes to change a lot so well let you know whats going on.
