Terms and Conditions- Custom Golf Club Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or sending in equipment for customization, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
2. Nature of Custom Work
All services are custom, hand- painted finishes. Variation in color, texture and design are normal and part of the artistic process. Exact replication of prior work or digital mockups is not guaranteed.
3.Customer Supplied Equipment
Customers are responsible for sending authentic, structurally sound golf clubs. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects or counterfeit equipment
4.Risk Acknowledgment
Custom painting may alter the original factory finish and could impact manufacturer warranties, resale value or performance characteristics. Minor weight and balance changes may occur. By proceeding, the Customer accepts all associated risks
5.No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee any improvement or preservation of club performance. Services are cosmetic only.
6.Design Approval (if applicable)
For custom designs orders, Customer approval may be required before work begins.
7. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to workload, supply issues or unforeseen circumstances
8. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before return shipment.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once work has. begun. Due to the custom nature of the service, all sales are final
10.Shipping & Liability
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. We are not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers are encouraged to insure their shipment.
11. Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
12. Care & Use
Custom finishes are durable but not indestructible. Normal wear, chipping or damage from use is expected over time and is not considered a defect.
13. Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to photograph and use completed work for marketing, social media and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion
15. Changes to Terms
These terms & conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice
